ASCEND
Ascend Obstacle Training offers ninja warrior classes and training for all ages, beginning as young as age 3 as well as fitness classes, personal training, and more. Our head coaches, American Ninja Warrior competitors Matt D'Amico and Lucas Reale, aim to inspire and encourage athletes of all levels. We are conveniently located within the Kingston Collection (the mall) in Kingston, MA.
